Hi again, i donwloaded the latest version available in he site and install it now i am getting diffrent message in Country and City : The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.     is it something to do with the cofiguration (LiveSupport.exe.config)

i am using version 2, is there anything need to be enabled or configuration??

When I try to push a url from the Live Support Operator Client it does not display, but it does display in the chat window.  The chat images are also not displaying in Live Support Operator Client, but I am still able to chat. Please help!
