    Remote Invite Doesn't Work

We had intermittent problems with "Support-Visitor-monitor-crossdomain.js.aspx working properly.  Now it doesn't work at all since a directory structure change.

CuteChat lives on Server A.  2 site whichs use the monitoring tag are located on Server B.  When a visitor hits a page at one of the sites on Server B, we can see them just fine in the Operator Client.  If I; however, click on that user and invite them to a chat, the Invitation never shows up on the remote web site.

    I might add 4 things:

    1. The local version of the tag, Support-Visitor-monitor.js.aspx works fine.

    2. Line 88 in Support-Visitor-monitor-crossdomain.js.aspx is commented with "Do modify this line". It reads
var__cc_urlbase='<%=baseurl%>';  What should it be modified to read?

    3. Both sites are live.

    4. We were successful in changing the directory structure of the chat files to \LiveSupport_Client\LiveSupport\.

    Cheers,

    Re: Remote Invite Doesn't Work

If the target web page is in another domain, you need to use the following cross-domain monitor tag instead:

    asp.net Chat http://cutesoft.net/ASP.NET+Chat/default.aspx
    Web Messenger: http://cutesoft.net/Web-Messenger/default.aspx
    asp.net wysiwyg editor: http://cutesoft.net/ASP.NET+WYSIWYG+Editor/default.aspx
    asp wysiwyg html editor: http://cutesoft.net/ASP
    asp.net Image Gallery: http://cutesoft.net/ASP.NET+Image+Gallery/default.aspx
    Live Support: http://cutesoft.net/live-support/default.aspx

    Re: Remote Invite Doesn't Work

I followed the instructions and can see people in the operator client, however unless I add the site as trusted (Using IE7), the remote invite doesn't work.

    Any suggestions?
