integrate SupportCustomer.aspx in homepage

When helpdesk is online, I want to show the form from SupportCustomer.aspx directly into my homepage instead of the chatbutton. This way users are more appealed to type in a question right away. How should I go ahead to achieve this behaviour?

1. Download this user control: http://CuteSoft.net/download/SupportCustomer.zip

2. Extract this usercontrol and add it into your web page.
