Are you sure that you set  editor.FilesPath = "CuteEditor_Files" correctly?

Make sure you set  AllowUpload property (default value is true) to true.

If you have code as the followings in your page:

editor.AllowUpload = false

Thte upload ifram will be invisible.

it's an error in the documentation.

i think you must write:

editor.AllowUpload = "true"

and not

editor.AllowUpload = true

it's now ok 

editor.AllowUpload = "true"       <-------

and not

editor.AllowUpload = true
