But for a reason that i can't explain, your demo code doesn't work with IE8 when I run it.

Is there a specific feature that i should watch or parametrize?

This feature and the quality of your support will determine if my company buy or not the Cute Chat.

Are you running the CuteChatStandalone included in the download package?

Sorry for the mistake: we use the latest CuteChat5IntegrationPackage.

Using IIS 7.0 and windows Server 2008

So it could be an integreation issue. What happen if you run standalone on your server?

Hi Adam,

Sorry for the delay.

I tried the Stand alone version on my server it works without the previously mentionned error .

But I still don't understand why, in my integration project, the Cute Chat' javascript causes the same error as TICKERME mentionned one year ago.
