Database question

Can anyone tell me which table I can find the customer's "question" in? Thanks!

The chat scripts are saved into the DB. However the questions are not saved.

In what instance that the table customer is populated? I did try to check when a client is online but still the table is not populated? Where can I modify the code so that it use own customer table?
