Two days ago I posted a question and mentioned an issue with your demo ASP.NET chat problem when using Safari browser (screen is blank). As I heard, it was supposed to function (with postbacks) and the response I got was "We will investigate this issue and get back to you as soon as possible". 

 

I haven't heard anything back since then, though I made it clear that a purchase decision was hinging on this.

Obviously CuteSoft does not need a testimonial from a large non-profit organization.

I'm sorry for being intrusive but I find it embarassing that a company is not willing to respond to critique, or doesn't have time to do so. Are you seriously not interested in taking my money?

well there is a thread on here i started and a few posted to it and we were told back in march or may it was 1-2 weeks then a month and no answer since the summer. dunno why? its instant CASH.......... isnt that why cutesoft makes these programs?

 
We will make these programs.

Right now we focus on the CuteChat 3.0 which will be used in all those programs.

In the version 3.0, we rewrote most of code.  The time we spent on writing this new chat engine is much more than we expected. Sorry for the delay.

 

Hey no problem.  I am a .net Programmer myself and know how that is. I jsut wanted some sort of answer to it. thanks.
