I client of ours are experiencing problems when going from Windows XP to Windows 7.

 

In Windows 7 they are having problems with accepting incoming support-chats.  When they click Accept nothing happens.

 

There is also a issue with formatting:

^4div style='font-family^2;font-size^2;color^2;'^5test^4^7div^5

 

is displayed when they i.e type test

Please install website(server end) and operator client

The steps are as follows:

1. Download installation package: http://cutesoft.net/download/CuteLiveSupport.zip

2. Unzip it

3. Install website and operator client

   Please follow all steps in http://cutesoft.net/live-support/Deployment/Live_Support_standalone/Deployment.htm

4. Test it again.
