Debug information - PHP no request files

I've downloaded your trial version to see if it solves my problem - I'm setting up a site which will require files of up to 100Mb to be uploaded.

I've installed the package and tried a 39Mb file, but I get this response -

Server side exception, failed to upload test.jpg

Debug information:

Php No Request Files

What does this mean? What's the solution?

Please make sure the php configuration file

the setting file_uploads is setted to On

I am also getting an error: "no request files" when the upload completes. I have checked the section on uploading large files, but have been unable to find a solution.

file_uploads is on, and i've set the following in .htaccess:

php_value upload_max_filesize 32M

php_value post_max_size 32M

php_value max_execution_time 600

php_value max_input_time 600

i am attempting to upload a 13mb audio file.. smaller uploads seem to work fine.. any ideas?

Can you try the latest build?

We found a method to get around your PHP.ini file upload limit.

I get the same message with Firefox. It works perfectly in Internet Explorer 8.0 in which I can upload 2GB files. Firefox fails to upload a 2MB file.

My version is of Feb '10 and should be the latest.

Did you find any fix for this problem?

It's interesting. During uploading with Internet Explorer, a file is created at /tmp/uploadertemp. While uploading with Firefox, no file is created. Firefox displays the progress bar and the time remaining as well as the calculation of the current bytes uploaded...

What the hell can be different on the server side for uploading files with IE and Firefox?

Can you select the upload button, right click it, and tell the result?

Thank you very much, it works with the Flash component.

It seems I have a second problem: some video files are uploaded correctly, but some are not. The exception " PHP no request files" is thrown when uploading some video files. Other videos with the same extension are accepted and can be uploaded without a problem - independent of the size. Is it possible that these video files are corrupt and a checksum is wrong?

These videos can be viewed without a problem on the local computer.

Do you mean it works for large files using firefox if the files are not video files?

no, it does not work on specific video files. Some are accepted, some (with an equal size and the same extension) are not.

It drives me nuts. I was able to find out that this issue is independent of the browser. Maybe the video file is corrupt?

How large the video file is ?

Do you get the error when the progress is 0% ?

Is it possible to send the video file to me for testing ?

the file you can download on the link below is uploaded completely, but not stored on the server. It works with other files which are from 2MB up to 1.5GB, which means that size is not the issue.

I'd be very happy about a solution

I also got an error message on a Mac:

"Unable to find file xxxxxxx in /tmp/uploadertemp"
