Ajax Uploader problem

I've downloaded the CuteSoft Editor 6.6 demo and uploaded it to our server.

When I browse to the ShowEditor.php file ( http://www.westcoast.com.au/CuteEditorPHP_6.6/ShowEditor.php ) and click the 'Image Gallery' button and the Image Gallery window opens but the Uploads button doesn't work.

I'm using Firefox 3.6 with FireBug 1.5.2 -- FireBug tells me the following error has occurred

"CuteWebUI_AjaxUploader_Initialize is not defined"

Any ideas why I may be seeing this error?

Thanks Adam,

I completely deleted the old version.

Downloaded the newest build and uploaded it again to http://www.westcoast.com.au/CuteEditorPHP_6.6/ShowEditor.php

Unfortunately I see the same "CuteWebUI_AjaxUploader_Initialize is not defined" error in Firebug.

I saw someone else post a similar report recently and they mentioned it may be a hosting problem. I tried the demo on another server and it worked fine.

The host I'm seeing this problem on is MediaTemple and I'm on their gridSystem

I've also tested in IE8. It throws the following error...

Oh, I have the same problem with CuteWebUI_AjaxUploader_Initialize is not defined in Firebug on the same page but only on the provider server. On my own computer with apache all work fine.

How to solve it?

We still haven't found a fix for this problem - instead we went back to an older version without the ajax uploader.

From other people who seem to have posted similar problems it sounds like something to do with the hosting server.

Hopefully CuteSoft will look into it.

You will have to contact CuteSoft support directly I think.

Please download and try the latest build.

The bottom line to resolve this issue is setting the uploader UploadType to iframe. It will work like the old way.

Unfortunately IFrame didn't help me or maybe I'm doing something wrong. In what version has ajax uploader appeared? I want to know what version I have to download and where...

This issue is resolved in the latest build.

Please download the control then try again.
