Example of the problem:

Show the editor in IE and right-click in the editing area. The context menu should be using the language values from the XML file, but it's not. It looks very messy.

This bug does not occur in Firefox.

Can anyone suggest a fix for this? It's slowing down the deployment of this feature in our system.
