upload files button doesnt' work

I have a special problem which I haven't encountered before....

Here's a screenshot

The Upload files button doesn't work? When I click it, nothing happens.... anyone have an idea why?

Which version of Cute Editor are you using?

Which version of IE are you using?

Can you reproduce this issue in the following example?

It's version 6.4.

IE8, but doesn't work on FF either

It's odd, because it's only on this hosting company it doesn't work, it works on other hosting companies, and I can't reproduce it here.

And, before it said:

Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/web/web88941:/var/tmp:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/share/pear) in /usr/home/web/web88941/[domain]/login/cuteeditor_files/Dialogs/phpuploader/include_phpuploader.php on line 870

I changed the include_phpuploader.php line 867 from /tmp to /var/tmp and the error didn't come, now it just doesn't work...

(the reason it says 870 is because I added some comments)

Raf,

Please open cuteeditor_files\Dialogs\upload.php and find the following code: $uploader->Name="UploadControl";

Add the following code so that you can specify a temp file location:

$uploader->TempDirectory="/mytempfolder";

Okay.

I did it, and it didn't give me the is_dir error.

But still when I press "Upload files" nothing happens.

The same on insert flash, and insert media. When I press "Upload files" absolutely nothing happens.

I tried different tempfolders, and also the exact "/mytempfolder", but not much happened... tried also with an / at the end, but no result...

??? odd...

it doesnt work for me too. Gallery works perfectly, but when i click Upload files nothing happens. What should i do?

look at the demo. It doesnt work too

When i click upload i get:

start_recording is not defined

Ox934()Loader.js (wiersz 1)

with FireBug

the funniest is that on IE on my local server when i go to gallery i get

The area you are attempting to access is forbidden

but on FF i see whole gallery

Are you sure you can reproduce this issue in our online demo?

We just tried with FF 3.6 and it works fine.

I dont know why, but on IE or Chrome example works perfectly :) so it was my FF problem

I also discovered that problem with accessing (showed on film) was made in half by me, cause i am using session stored in DB, and script which opens in frame is using normal PHP sesion storing system.
