The connection to the chat server is lost

We are having problems of falling connection to the server with any. What should we do?

The message below is displayed by the system:

Anonymous Users are not allowed in this application. You must sign in this website first.

Ítalo,

You can login as admin and go admin console.

Then go to Room Administration --> Edit Chat Rooms --> set "Allow Anonymous" to true.

Adam,

was the first thing we tried but did not work. We are still having the same problem.

What should we do?

is working correctly in the environment http://www.isquare.com.br

My question now is how to create users to chat. We can do this only by system or directly into the database?
